The APA Caucus on Complementary, Alternative and Integrative Care will meet on:

All psychiatrists interested in complementary, alternative and integrative approaches in mental health care are invited to attend.

Light refreshments will be provided.

We will discuss the following broad goals:

• Developing expert information resources on complementary, alternative and integrative approaches for psychiatrists and patients.
• Planning a major conference on complementary, alternative and integrative approaches.
• Formulating a plan for networking with professional resources and clinical centers of excellence in complementary and alternative medicine to develop an agenda for research and education.
• Strategic planning toward the establishment of an APA Task Force on CAM and integrative medicine.
• Other education and research projects of interest to members.
